Doctor of Education from Boston University in the United States, having lived in the United States for over thirty years. Education expert of the Massachusetts Department of Primary and Secondary Education. A school superintendent in a well-known major city in Massachusetts.

The father of two children, his son graduated from Stanford University and his daughter graduated from Cornell University. Dr. Shen's book "The Best Education in the Family" was published in 2016.

Dr. Shen believes: "Academic excellence, being admitted to a university, even a prestigious one, can be regarded as a sign of a child's success and achievement, but it is not the only sign, nor is it the most important foundation for a child's happy life."
